Non-Invalidation Clause


Definition:

This clause is generally used uner a property policy. This clause will protect the property owner against a breach of warranty by the tenant if the property is let out. The property owner must not have been aware of the breach and also must advise insurers of the breach as soon as he becomes aware of it.
